Customer : Hello Sir , i am a new people doing this business, how can i start order ?

XPC : First, you need to tell me what products you need ,send them by email or through chatting, we will check all goods for you within 2 days. you will sell the goods price and quality which they have in our quotation. you just need to select the one you need ,and send us back quotation,then we can make a PI for you to start order.


Customer : I already get your PI ,what should i do next ?

XPC : All informations were wrriteen on the PI , you just need to check and confirm them. If there is no problem, you can send us the payment by TT,Western union,Moneygram.

After you get your payment ,we will prepare the order for you within 3-5 days.


Customer : Now 3 days pass,why my goods still not finish yet ?

XPC : All goods already finish,just still have 1 kind of parts need 1 day more,because that good need book from another factory,it takes some times ,hope you understand. if you can leave this part this time , we can ship you order soon. we also will add this part in your next order.


Customer : i get some trouble in the custom, the tracking showing that my goods stop in the custom.,can you help me ?

XPC : Dont worry,maybe just the custom doing routine check. please wait and everything will be ok.


Customer : I have receive your goods,there are some small problems with parts,some spare parts are not working ,what should i do ?

XPC : We offer 1 year warranty ,every parts with problems please keep and send back to us in a year , we will change the new and workable one to you in your future order.


Customer : i am old customer ,do you give me more discount ?

XPC : thanks for your support,all products we are selling at a lower price ,this price already compatitive in the market, if you want cheaper price ,maybe you can choose the lower quality prodcuts,we sell them very cheap price.
